What You'll Do After You Join
Acquire New Customers
Open new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and grow the branch’s deposit base.
Generate Your Own Leads
Find prospects through field activity, references and local networking.
Cross-Sell Banking Products
Offer fixed deposits, insurance and investment products to the same customers.
Manage Relationships
Stay in touch with existing customers so the business keeps growing.
KYC & Documentation
Complete every account opening correctly, as per banking norms.
Update the CRM Daily
Record each day’s meetings and follow-ups in the bank’s CRM system.

- You do not want sales targets
- You expect leads to be handed to you — in this role you find most of them yourself
- You want an analyst or back-office role — this is a frontline sales job
- You do not have a two-wheeler and a driving licence — both are mandatory
The fixed pay is ₹28,500 a month CTC, about ₹24,000 in hand. Incentives come on top and depend on your sales, so they are not a fixed amount.
Eligibility
- A completed Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA, M.Com, MA, M.Sc and others) — mandatory
- Freshers can apply — no work experience is needed
- Age 21–33 years
- Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler (mandatory — the role involves field sales)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of banking products
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
