- Find companies and get them to open salary accounts for their staff with Axis Bank
- Find companies to approach through field visits, references and local networking
- Cross-sell other banking, insurance and investment products
- Stay in touch with the companies you have signed up so the business keeps growing
- Complete the KYC and paperwork for every salary account, as per banking norms
- Record each day’s meetings and follow-ups in the bank’s CRM system
Who can apply
- A completed Master’s degree in any subject (MBA, M.Com, MA, M.Sc and others)
- Freshers can apply — no work experience is needed
- Age 21–33 years
- A valid driving licence and a two-wheeler (mandatory — the role involves field sales)
