Our Story
Built for the Fresher Nobody Else Would Train
When we started in 2019, we kept meeting the same student: a sincere B.Com or BBA graduate with a good degree, decent English and zero idea how to get hired by a bank. Employers wanted "experience". Colleges taught theory. Nobody bridged the gap.
So we built the bridge. We brought in ex-bankers and insurance leaders to teach exactly what branches need — products, sales, compliance, customer handling — and paired it with the NISM and IRDAI certifications recruiters look for. Then we picked up the phone and built relationships with 50+ hiring partners.
Today, more than 5,000 freshers have walked out of our programs and into full-time BFSI jobs. Most of them are the first in their family to work in a bank.
