By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

When you fill in a lead or enquiry form, chat with us on WhatsApp, or call us, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name, mobile number, city and email address.
• Education details — your graduation stream and passing year, and the program you are interested in.
• Communication records — notes from counselling calls, WhatsApp and email exchanges, so we can serve you better.
• Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected to improve the website.

We do not ask for sensitive financial information (such as bank account numbers, card details or passwords) through our website forms. Please never share such details over email or WhatsApp.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To call or message you back about your enquiry — this is the primary reason we collect your details.
• To check your eligibility and recommend a suitable program, batch and fee/EMI option.
• To share batch dates, admission steps, certification information and placement updates.
• To provide placement assistance, including sharing your candidature with relevant hiring partners with your consent.
• To improve our programs, website and counselling, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

3. WhatsApp, SMS & Call Consent

By submitting your mobile number, you expressly consent to be contacted by Become Banker and its authorised counsellors by phone call, SMS and WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, programs, batches and offers — even if your number is registered on DND (Do Not Disturb). This consent overrides any DND registration for the purpose of servicing your request. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to serve you:

• With hiring partners (banks, insurers, NBFCs and their programs) for placement, with your consent.
• With certification and financing partners where you opt for certification or an EMI plan.
• With service providers (such as calling, CRM, hosting and analytics tools) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, court order or a lawful government request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

We use two kinds of analytics:

• Our own (first-party) analytics — we record anonymised information such as the pages you view, how you move between them, the approximate source that brought you to us (for example a search engine or social link), your device/browser type, and the time spent on a page. This is stored on our own servers, does not use cookies, and does not store your full IP address.
• Google Analytics 4 — if enabled, Google may set cookies to help us measure website traffic. We load Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, and only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can decline, and you can change your choice later by clearing your browser storage for this site.

7. Your Choices & Deleting Your Data

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

8. Children

Our programs are intended for graduates and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
