Hire screened, trained graduates for your BFSI roles
We are the recruitment and training partner for graduates entering banking, insurance and finance. Tell us the role, the bar and the city — we screen honestly, you interview and decide.
Become Banker (SForce Recruitment Pvt Ltd) is an independent recruitment and training company. We are not a bank or an insurer. The companies named on this page run their own hiring and make their own decisions; we screen and refer candidates and do not issue offers on anyone's behalf.
What We Do for Employers
Six things we take off your plate
Everything below is work we already do for the banks, NBFCs and insurers we recruit for. Nothing here is a promise of numbers — those we agree with you on a call.
We screen before we refer
A counsellor checks every candidate against the bar you set — education, age, city, experience, a two-wheeler if the role needs one — and tells them plainly if they do not fit. You only meet people who clear it.
We train for the branch
Our own 90-day programme is taught by ex-bankers: products, sales, compliance and customer handling, with NISM and IRDAI exam preparation built in. Ask for candidates who have been through it.
We arrange the interviews
At your branch, your office or online. Need a full room on one day? We invite screened candidates for that date and remind them the day before and that morning. The offer and the terms are yours.
Experienced hires too
For sales roles that need one to three years of experience, we source and screen against your job description — a bank, NBFC or insurance background, as you specify.
Help for hire-and-train programmes
Run a programme like Axis Sales Academy or HDFC Life Smart Achievers? We explain it to graduates honestly, check who qualifies and help them apply — and we never charge the candidate.
Across India, from Surat
We are based in Surat, Gujarat and work across India. Most of our candidates are graduates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who want to work in or near their home town.
Who You Will Meet
Graduates who want a career, not just a job
Most of our candidates are fresh graduates — B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc and MBA — from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Many are the first in their family to work in a bank. They are comfortable in Hindi and English, and they want to work in or near their home town.
Before we put anyone forward we check the basics against your role, prepare them for your pre-assessment and interview, and tell them honestly what the job is really like — field sales is field sales. People who hear that and still say yes turn up.
For direct-hire sales roles we also work with candidates who already have one to three years of experience at a bank, NBFC or insurer.
Roles our candidates go into
- Business Development Executive / Sales Officer
- Relationship Officer and Relationship Manager
- Personal Banker
- Customer Service Officer (branch operations)
- Life and general insurance sales
- Assistant Manager — sales (experienced)
