Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Age 21–27 years
- 50% & above as a full-time graduate
- No blood relative in HDFC Bank or any of its subsidiaries
- Selection via online assessment and partner interview
- Interest in a customer-facing banking career
Program Fee
₹2,54,228 + GST
- Covers training, boarding and lodging for the 4 months of campus training
- Loan facility available with HDFC Bank, or self-fund in two instalments during the program
- Stipends of ₹5,000–₹33,000/month across the program offset the fee
