What You'll Do After You Join
Acquire New CASA Customers
Open new Current and Savings Accounts and grow the branch’s deposit base.
Generate Your Own Leads
Find prospects through field activity, references and local networking.
Cross-Sell Banking Products
Offer fixed deposits, insurance and other banking products to the same customers.
Build Customer Relationships
Stay in touch with customers so the business keeps growing.
KYC & Documentation
Complete every account opening correctly, as per banking norms.
Update the CRM Daily
Record each day’s meetings and follow-ups in the bank’s CRM system.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline — mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, in any industry
- BFSI experience (banking, insurance or NBFC) is an added advantage
- Field sales exposure is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to do daily fieldwork
