Rajesh founded Become Banker after more than 15 years leading retail-banking and bancassurance teams at the branch level. Having hired and managed front-line bankers himself, he builds every program around what branches actually look for — practical selling, product knowledge and customer handling — rather than textbook theory. He personally oversees the training curriculum and keeps it aligned to the NISM and IRDAI certifications employers ask for.
